   •   Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 14 days and notify you by email.

   •   Full refunds or replacements are provided if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide a clear photo of the issue.
   •   Refunds are not available for change of mind, used products, or incorrect application.
